There are many restaurants here in Seminyak, but these below really catch the heart in mine and I haven't try some of them, but you don't have to worry cause all comments and reviews I've heard are all positive.

Providing the freshest ingredients, always organic when possible, and locally sourced from the cool farms of the Bedugul highlands of northern Bali.
There are some imported meats and ingredients also, which have been delicately sourced to maintain a sustainable thoughtfulness.
